Maeen Ali is a Yemeni-American peace and humanitarian advocate who was born in Yemen and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from City University of New York, and he is a NYC Transit MTA professional. He is also a volunteer Chaplain with the New York State Chaplains Task Force and is CPR / AED Certified with the American Heart Association.
Maeen is a co-founder of Humanity for Relief and Development, Inc. and currently serves as the President. His passion for helping people led him to become a dedicated volunteer for numerous humanitarian projects.This has included volunteering for many programs, including assisting with home renovations to help families to improve their living conditions, both in Yemen and in the United States. He also volunteered with other organizations, serving food to communities and homeless individuals.
He serves as the liaison between the Project Directors in Yemen and the rest of the team in the US, keeping everyone up to date with daily operations. His extensive non-profit work makes him a great asset to HRD.
